Artist Information

Paul Pfrehm, whose motto is " Have wheel, will travel", has worked in clay for over 35 years. As both an artist and instructor, he has run the gamut of ceramic processes and design techniques. Currently, Pfrehm is producing masterful forms in porcelain with intricate incised and applied designs.  He then uses custom-mixed high fire glazes and slips to finish off these artistic, yet completely functional ceramic pieces.   With his extensive knowledge and creative "art deco" style Paul is truly a master craftsman. His latest series of forms include lidded bowls and casseroles, several distinct vase shapes, large scale vases, and pitchers.
