We would like to invite you to join us on Saturday, March 31 & Sunday, April 1, 2007, for the 2007 Spring Fine Art Tour. Artplace Gallery will be open from 10am to 8 pm on Saturday and 1-5 pm on Sunday.

See why Texas Highways calls our gallery row "a vibrant downtown district" and the reason thousands of visitors join us for this event each year. Also take in the tastes of Texas with the Denison Arts & Wine Renaissance 2007 happening on Saturday March 31, 2007 from 2-8 pm.

3 Things to Remember When Framing Your Own Artwork or Photos:

1.  Only use archival materials. DO NOT use maksing tape, duct tape, clear packing tape, cardboard, posterboard, or tempered hardboard against artwork. These materials can cause incredible damages over time.

2. Artwork should not directly contact glazing. Mats and spacers are not just decorative- they protect the artwork from adhering to glazing products.

3.Keep it clean.
Dust and clean the glass before closing up a frame. Remove any  debris in contact with artwork or matting and seal the back of the frame with tape or paper to prevent dust, insects, etc. from coming into contact with the art.
